This sculpture investigates the relationship between freedom and security, examining how the structures that confine us often simultaneously protect and elevate us. A weathered boulder floats within this metallic cage, neither fully trapped nor completely liberated, embodying the fundamental tension between our desire for autonomy and our need for stability.
